Rohit Shetty’s multi-starrer comedy film Golmaal Again lived up to its hype at the box office. Despite losing a huge percentage of screens to Amir Khan’s Secret Superstar, the film had the biggest opening of the year (Bahubali 2 is not a Bollywood film). The film did not receive good ratings from critics, but the positive word of mouth did magic and it crossed 100 crores in just 4 days.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed over 103 crores in the first four days. The daily collection of the film in its first week is as follows: Fri 30.14 cr, Sat 28.37 cr, Sun 29.09 cr, Mon 16.04 cr.

A good hold on Monday indicates that the film is heading for 130+ crores collection in the very first week. It is performing extremely well in all regions of Bollywood movies. The film has many open weeks as the next big movie will hit theaters in December. So, if it could collect approx. 30 crores in the second weekend, 200 crores may be within its reach. If it loses momentum in the second weekend, 175-180 crores may be its lifetime collection.
