In the second match of International T20 series between India and Sri Lanka, Rohit Sharma smashed a whirlwind 43-ball 118 to lead India to a thumping series-clinching 88-run victory over Sri Lanka in Indore on Friday. Rohit Sharma took just 35 balls to score his second T20I hundred that featured 10 monstrous sixes. With this new feat, Rohit equaled South African David Miller’s record of the fastest century in T20Is.
Rohit also broke the record of maximum sixes in a calendar year held by AB de Villiers, who scored 63 sixes in 2015.
