Mubarakan Shows a Good Jump on Saturday | Second Day Box Office Collection

As expected, Anil Kapoor starrer comedy flick Mubarakan witnessed a stupendous growth in the collection on day two. The jump in the collection can be attributed to positive word of mouth and the film is expected to perform even better on Sunday. As the opening figure was very low, the total collection after 2 days does not look very exciting.Mubarakan Shows a Good Jump on Saturday

As per the box office reports, the film garnered 5.25 cr on Friday and 7.38 cr. on Saturday to take its total domestic box office collection to 12.63 crores after 2 days.

The movie is doing good business in northern parts of India, whereas the contribution of other regions is average because of its content. So, there is a possibility of a huge drop in collection during weekdays, however, Delhi and Punjab regions might remain rock study. Most of the hit Bollywood movies usually earn a large percentage of its collection from Maharashtra and Gujarat regions, but Mubarakan is doing an average business in these two regions and as a result of that it is not able to do a double-digit (in crores) business. It might gross 9.5-10 crores on Sunday and first weekend collection will be less than 25 crores. The budget of the film is just 45 crores, so it might be able to cross its budget in lifetime.
