Tiger Zinda Hai Becomes Salman’s Highest Grosser Surpassing Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Salman Khan’s and Katrina Kaif’s latest action flick Tiger Zinda Hai did an excellent business in the fourth weekend despite losing a large percentage of screens to the new releases. Mukkabaaz Has an Awful First Weekend

Anurag Kashyap’s sports drama film Mukkabaaz started its box office journey on a slow note but witnessed some growth in the collection on Saturday and Sunday. Because of the competition, the film had a limited scope of growth and hence the weekend collection remained below 5 crores. 1921 Has a Poor First Weekend

Vikram Bhatt’s horror flick 1921 could not do any magic at the box office and the collection remained below 2 crores on all three days of the opening weekend. Due to many releases, the film got a small number of screens and then failed to bring moviegoers to the theatres. Twitterati Reacts to Ishant Sharma’s Inclusion in Playing XI for Second Test Match

Indian caption Virat Kohli dropped the best Indian bowler, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, from the playing XI for the second test match and included Ishant Sharma in the team. Bhuvi was the best Indian player (including both batsman and bowler) in the first test match. He had a particularly good match — four wickets and a vital 25 with the bat in the first innings, two wickets and 13 not out in the second innings. He took the most wickets among Indians (6 wickets); second-most after Philander (9). Why Corrupt and Congress Hate Aadhar?

Aadhaar is a 12-digit unique number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) by taking a person’s biometric details such as iris scan and fingerprints, and demographic information like date of birth and address. Aadhaar is a proof of residence and not a proof of citizenship. It does not itself grant any rights to domicile in India. Aadhaar is the world’s largest biometric ID system, with over 1.19 billion enrolled members as of 30 Nov 2017. As of this date, over 99% of Indians aged 18 and above had been enrolled in Aadhaar. World Bank Chief Economist Paul Romer described Aadhaar as “the most sophisticated ID programme in the world”. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai has become the highest Bollywood grosser of 2017 by dethroning Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again. The film shattered many box office records in its opening weekend, so a triple century was within its reach.
