PM Narendra Modi Still Most Popular Figure in Indian Politics : Pew Research

Almost nine out of 10 Indians hold a favorable opinion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and more than two-thirds are satisfied with the direction in which he is taking the country, according to the findings of a survey by US-based Pew Research Center released on 16th November. Modi at 88 per cent is 30 points ahead of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi (58 per cent), 31 points ahead of Congress president Sonia Gandhi (57 per cent) and 49 points ahead of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal (39 per cent), said the survey conducted between February 21 and March 10 this year.  Continue reading “PM Narendra Modi Still Most Popular Figure in Indian Politics : Pew Research”

PM Narendra Modi’s Letter to Pranab Mukherjee on His Last Day in Office

Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a letter to the 13th President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, on his last day with the warmest regard. PM thanked him for all his support and guidance as the president. Pranab Mukherjee (born 11 December 1935) is an Indian politician who served as the 13th President of India from 2012 until 2017. In a political career spanning six decades, Mukherjee was a senior leader of the Indian National Congress and occupied several ministerial portfolios in the Government of India. Prior to his election as President, Mukherjee was Union Finance Minister from 2009 to 2012, and the Congress party’s top troubleshooter. Not sure if Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has some mental health issue or is suffering from Modiphobia, but his statements and tweets definitely say that he needs to see some psychiatrist very urgently. Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme (Fasal Bima Yojana) by Modi Government

NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched a new Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme for farmers which will protect them from financial uncertainty.
