Ranbir and Deepika starrer Tamasha witnessed an average opening on Friday in the domestic market. Though the multiplex collection was decent, the single screen collection just marred the party. With big names in the movie, it was supposed to get humongous opening, but somehow it failed to attract the moviegoers to the theater.
As per the box office reports, the movie garnered 10.87 crores on first Friday in the domestic market and 10.96 crores in the international market. Most of the critics have given thumbs up to the movie, so it will be interesting to see how does it perform on Saturday and Sunday? An upward trend will be able to save the box office prospect of the movie, otherwise it might turn another disaster for Ranbir Kapoor.
