It has seen in the past that if a film gets thumbs up from moviegoers, it performs extremely well at the box office despite bad reviews from critics. Ajay Devgn’s latest film Baadshaho just repeated that trend when its collection on first Saturday jumped about 30% compared to Friday. The film is doing an excellent business in single screens, whereas the collection from multiplexes is also up to the mark.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed 15.60 crores on Saturday to take its total domestic box office collection to 27.63 crores after two days. The daily collection of the film is as follows: Day 1: 12.03 crores, Day 2: 15.60 crores.

Like other releases, this film is also facing stiff competition from several good movies like TEPK, BKB, and SMS. Lately, the box office has witnessed several good movies, so such performance is definitely laudable. Most of the big hits of Bollywood never faced such competition; their releases were always followed by bad movies. As Baadshaho has good appreciation from moviegoers, it will witness another healthy growth on Sunday. The first-weekend collection of the film may be 45-46 crores.
