As expected Badhaai Ho earned more than 10 crore on its second day at the box office. Although the film has a very limited release and is facing competition from new and old releases, the collection witnessed about 60% jump on Friday. As the word of mouth publicity is excellent, it may score a half-century in the very first weekend.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed 11.67 crore on Friday to take its total domestic box office collection to 18.96 crore after two days. The film is performing extremely well in northern regions and if it could maintain the pace, it may become the first 100 crore movie for Ayushmann Khurrana. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta, and Gajraj Rao. The comedy film is about a family dealing with an unplanned pregnancy of an elderly couple.
