The dream run of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali – the Beginning is still ON at the box office. The film that created history by collecting 153 crores in the first weekend remained unaffected on its first Monday. Normally the collection on first Monday is always less than the collection on first Friday for all movies, but the Hindi version of Bahubali discontinued that trend and earned more on Monday compared to Friday.
As per the box office reports, the Hindi version of Bahubali garnered 6.10 crores on first Monday (Friday collection was 5.15 crores) and the overall domestic earning including all languages is about 30 crores. The net domestic box office collection of the movie in 4 days is over 180 crores and it is expected to cross 200 crores in India in just 5 days. The overseas collection of the movie is also humongous, it is reported in the range of 35-40 crores. The movie is just unstoppable in the southern India and some theaters are still running houseful. The earning of the Hindi version of the movie might get affected due to Salman’s Bajarangi Bhaijaan, but it will remain rock solid even in the second week in southern India and lifetime domestic collection might be 350+ crores.
