Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend is now heading south during weekdays after doing a good business in its first weekend. The reason for such awful performance during weekdays can be attributed to poor story of the movie. The movie has not lived up to its pre-release hype.
As per the box office reports, the movie garnered Fri 10.27 cr, Sat 10.63 cr, and Sun 11.14 cr to take its total domestic box office collection to 32.04 crores after 3 days. After the weekend, the movie dropped approx. 50% compared to Friday and now its daily earning is less than 5 crores.

The movie is facing tough competition from both new release Hindi Medium and old release Bahubali 2 and it seems that its collection will be less than that of BB2 and Hindi Medium in the coming days. The total domestic box office collection of the film after 5 days stands at 41.61 crores. Looking at the current trend, it seems that the first week collection of the movie will be less than 50 crores and the lifetime collection may be 62-65 crores.
