After scoring a century at the box office in just 8 days, Jacqueline Fernandez, Taapsee Pannu, and Varun Dhawan starrer Judwaa 2 is making steady progress in the second week. As the new release ‘Chef’ did not find any taker at ticket counters, Judwaa 2 is going to remain the first choice for moviegoers until Diwali.

Although there is a noticeable drop in the collection compared to first Friday, such trend is normal for a film like Juwdaa 2. The growth in the collection will continue on Sunday, which means the second-weekend collection is going to be about 17-18 crores. The movie is doing excellent business in both multiplexes and single screens. The collection in Bihar region is unprecedented; it has broken the previous record of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and will set a new record for that region. The film has another open week before Diwali, so it can easily become the second biggest grosser of 2017 after Bahubali 2.
