Kiara Advani’s and Shahid Kapoor’s latest film Kabir Singh had unprecedented run at the Indian box office on Monday. The film enjoyed one of the biggest collections on Monday in the history of Bollywood movies. Even the big banner movies drop about 50% on first Monday if it’s a working day, but Kabir Singh dropped just ~13% after posting a big total during the weekend.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed 17.54 crore on first Monday to take its total box domestic box office collection to 88.37 crore after 4 days. The film should score a century on Tuesday and the first-week collection may be in the range of 115 to 120 crore. The trend on Monday suggests that the film might have “ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER” business in its lifetime as its budget is 72 crore approx.
