Despite losing 25-30 crore due to IPL matches, Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer Kesari reached the milestone of 150 crore on its fourth Sunday. Thus, Kesari has become the second biggest grosser for Akshay Kumar; 2.0 (Hindi) is still at numero uno position.
As per the box office reports, the film earned 3.70 crore in the fourth weekend to take its total domestic box office collection to 150.91 crore after 25 days. Karan Johar’s another big movie Kalank will release on Wednesday, so Kesari may not go past 160 crore. However, it will surpass the lifetime collection of Ajay Devgn’s Total Dhamaal. Kesari is looking at 155-157 crore in its lifetime.
