Luka Chuppi First Weekend Collection | Son Chiriya Fails at Box Office

As expected, Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer Luka Chuppi witnessed good growth during the weekend. The film had a good opening on Friday and positive word of mouth helped it to post an excellent total in its first weekend.

As per the box office reports, the film amassed 32.13 crore in first three days at the Indian box office. This is the biggest opening weekend for its lead actor. Multiplexes in metros have contributed the large percentage of the collection. If it remains steady during weekdays, the collection may reach 52-55 crore in the very first week.

Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 10.08 cr
Sunday (Day 3): ₹ 14.04 cr
Total: ₹ 32.13 cr

Another release Son Chiriya did not find many takers at ticket windows. The film had got good ratings from many critics, but it could not cross even 5 crore in the first weekend. Looking at the current trend, it seems that the lifetime collection should be about 10 crore.
