Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Crosses 55 Crores | Third Weekend Box Office Collection

John Abraham’s last film ‘Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran‘ got the thumbs-up from both moviegoers and critics and because of that, the venture became profitable for the makers. The film had several hurdles before its release and it was also not promoted like other Bollywood biggies, but the good story of the film helped it to score a half-century at the box office.Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Crosses 55 Crores

As per the box office reports, the film collected 4.19 crores in the third weekend to take its total domestic box office collection to 56.02 crores after 17 days. The collection witnessed a good jump during the weekend, but due to competition from new releases, it failed to cross 60 crores.

Next week it will lose most of its screens due to Salman’s Race 3, so it needs to collect at least 2 crores in the remaining 4 days of the third week to achieve 60 crores in its lifetime. The film has now surpassed the total collection of ‘102 Not Out’ and has become the eight highest grosser of this year.

Week 2: ₹ 16.42 cr
Friday (Day 15): ₹ 93 lakhs
Saturday (Day 16): ₹ 1.52 cr
Sunday (Day 17): ₹ 1.74 cr
Total: ₹ 56.02 cr HIT
