Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Week 4 Box Office Collection

John Abraham has been in the Bollywood for many years, but the number of his solo hits is very small. Despite doing several good movies, he rarely got big box office numbers. But, his latest release Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran did extremely good at the ticket counters. In spite of facing tough competition from some commercial films like Race 3 and Veere Di Wedding, it has managed to maintain a steady pace. Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Week 4 Box Office Collection

As per the box office reports, the film earned 3.28 crores in the fourth week to take its total domestic box office collection to 62.14 crores after 28 days. The film has one more week to improve its lifetime collection as another big movie Sanju will hit theatres next week. As Salman’s Race 3 has poor word of mouth publicity, Parmanu got an opportunity to score 65 crores in its lifetime. The movie is based on the nuclear bomb test explosions conducted by the Indian Army at Pokhran in 1998. It is produced by Zee Studio and JA Entertainment. It hit the screens on May 25, 2018.

Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the figures. “#Parmanu enjoys a STEADY RUN, despite limited screens/shows and #Race3 eating into the market share… [Week 4] Fri 36 lakhs, Sat 83 lakhs, Sun 86 lakhs, Mon 38 lakhs, Tue 31 lakhs, Wed 28 lakhs, Thu 26 lakhs. Total: ₹ 62.14 cr. India biz.”, he tweeted.

Week 1: ₹ 35.41 cr
Week 2: ₹ 16.42 cr
Week 3: ₹ 7.03 cr
Friday (Day 22): ₹ 36 lakhs
Saturday (Day 23): ₹ 83 lakhs
Sunday (Day 24): ₹ 86 lakhs
Monday (Day 25): ₹ 38 lakhs
Tuesday (Day 26): ₹ 31 lakhs
Wednesday (Day 27): ₹ 28 lakhs
Thursday (Day 28): ₹ 26 lakhs
Total: ₹ 62.14 cr HIT
