Vishal Bhardwaj’s latest offering Pataakha did not catch the fire at the box office and as a result of that, it did not blast. Although the number of screens is very small, the daily collection of the film is extremely unsatisfactory. As per the box office reports, the film earned 94 lakh on first Monday to take its total domestic box office collection to 4.99 crore after four days. The collection will go up on Tuesday because of the national holiday, but it may remain less than 2 crore. At the current pace, it will too difficult for the movie to surpass 12 crore in its lifetime. Also, the number of competitors will increase on coming Friday.
