Luv Ranjan’s comedy drama ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’ remained rock steady on Sunday despite the crucial cricket match between India and South Africa. Though the growth on Sunday was less than 10%, the uptrend in earning helped the movie to post an outstanding total in the first weekend.
As per the box office reports, the film added 8.35 crores to its kitty on Sunday to take its total domestic box office collection in the first weekend to 22.75 crores. The real challenge for the movie will start during the weekdays. If it could maintain the momentum during weekdays, it has fair chance to hit 32-33 crores in the very first week.
