Race 3 Performs Well in First Week | Day 7 Box Office Collection

Salman Khan’s latest action flick Race 3 did extremely well in its first week despite all negativities around it. Although the film started going south on weekdays, a century in the opening weekend helped it to put a great total in its opening week. Because of poor ratings and negative word of mouth, the film lost footfalls in multiplexes. But its action genre kept it steady in small circuits and single screens.Race 3 Performs Well in First Week As per the box office reports, the film collected 6.25 crores on Thursday to take its total domestic box office collection to 144.46 crores after 7 days. The first week numbers are really excellent, but the problem lies in the incessant drop in the collection. As the footfalls declined in multiplexes, it will be difficult for the movie to put a decent total in the second week. Also, it has only one week to do any wonder at the ticket counters because Ranbir Kapoor’s most awaited film Sanju will hit screens next week. Looking at the current trend, it seems that the lifetime collection will be 175-180 crores. The final verdict for the movie will be AVERAGE because the budget is approx 150 crores and distributors will be in big loss.

The business of the film is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 29.17 cr
Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 38.14 cr
Sunday (Day 3): ₹ 39.16 cr
Monday (Day 4): ₹ 14.24 cr
Tuesday (Day 5): ₹ 9.5 cr
Wednesday (Day 6): ₹ 8 cr
Thursday (Day 28): ₹ 6.25 cr
Total: ₹ 144.46 cr
