Sanju Box Office Collection Day 4 | Movie Inches Closer to 150 Crores

Ranbir Kapoor’s latest movie Sanju is in record-breaking mood as it scored more than 25 crores on its first Monday despite lower average ticket price. This indicates that the footfalls at the ticket windows are intact and the film is heading towards double century by the end of first week itself.Sanju Box Office Collection Day 4

As per the box office reports, the film earned 25.35 crores on first Monday to take its total domestic box office collection to 145.41 crores after 4 days. The drop in the collection is about 27% compared with the collection on Friday, which is excellent. With the ticket price at weekend level, the Monday figure would have been 30+ crores. The minimal decline in footfalls is a good sign for the movie in the long run because it does not have any major competition at the box office for 3 weeks.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted the Monday collection of the movie on twitter. “Non-holiday / working day… Reduced ticket rates on weekdays… Yet, #Sanju puts up a SPLENDID TOTAL on Day 4 [Mon]… This one is NOT going to slow down soon… Fri 34.75 cr, Sat 38.60 cr, Sun 46.71 cr, Mon 25.35 cr. Total: ₹ 145.41 cr. India biz.“, he wrote.

It has broken several box office records in first 4 days, however, it is difficult to predict the lifetime collection right now. The first-week collection is heading towards 190-200 crores and the word of mouth publicity is excellent, so 300+ crores in its lifetime should be an achievable target.

The box office collection of the film is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 34.75 cr
Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 38.60 cr
Sunday (Day 3): ₹ 46.71 cr
Monday (Day 4): ₹ 25.35 cr
Total: ₹ 145.41 cr
