Despite facing competition from 3 movies, John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee starrer latest release Satyameva Jayate did an excellent business in the second weekend. The film has been on a roll in small cities since its opening day. It did not give Gold any chance to perform in those regions.
As per the box office reports, the film earned approx. 6.70 crores in the second weekend to take its total domestic box office collection to 75.84 crores after 12 days. The budget of the film is about 45 crores, so it has already earned HIT tag at the box office. It will not be able to score a century as it will face other 2 competitors in its third week. The lifetime collection of the film is heading towards 82-85 crores.
