The Tashkent Files Rock-Steady on Third Friday | AndhaDhun Crosses 320 Crore in China

Vivek Agnihotri’s The Tashkent Files could bear the brunt of the violent onslaught of Avengers Endgame on Friday. Despite running on a very limited number of screens, the film was able to get the desired number of footfalls at ticket windows.

As per the box office reports, the film earned 35 lakh on third Friday to take its total domestic box office collection to 8.07 crore after 15 days. Interestingly the film collected more in the second week than in the first week. Now it seems that the lifetime collection may go past 10 crore and it may end up at 12-13 crore.

The box office collection of The Tashkent Files is as follows:
Week 1: ₹ 3.50 cr
Week 2: ₹ 4.22 cr
Friday (Day 15): ₹ 0.35 cr
Total: ₹ 8.07 cr Hit

Ayushmann Khurrana’s film AndhaDhun had massive decline on Wednesday at the Chinese box office because of the release of Avengers Endgame. Therefore, it may not cross $50 mn in China. The Chinese box office collection of the film is now 320 crore and it may have to settle at 325 crore.

Week 1: $ 19.75 mn
Week 2: $ 15.71 mn
Week 3: $ 10.49 mn
Total: $ 45.95 mn [₹ ~320 cr]
