Thugs of Hindostan Drops Further on Sunday | Day 4 Box Office Collection

After a record-breaking performance on day 1, Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer big-budget movie, Thugs of Hindostan, is going down without any halt. The negativity around the film finally came into play and it failed to show any resistance against the downfall during the festive weekend. Thugs of Hindostan Drops Further on Sunday | Day 4 Box Office Collection

As per the box office reports, the film earned 17.25 crore on Sunday to take its total domestic box office collection to 119 crore after 4 days.  The collection in the first weekend is excellent, but the decline in the footfalls during the weekend has marred its lifetime earning. The budget of the film is about 300 crore, so the distributors are going to be in huge loss. The producers may recover their investments from different rights.

The film was heavily panned by movie critics and was mocked on social media by moviegoers. It will meet several new competitors in its second week, so its screen count will be reduced. Looking at the trend at the ticket counters, it seems that the film may miss 150 crore mark in its lifetime.

The box office collection of Thugs of Hindostan is as follows:
Thursday (Day 1): ₹ 50.75 cr [52.25 cr all languages]
Friday (Day 2): ₹ 28.25 cr [29.25 cr all languages]
Saturday (Day 3): ₹ 22.75 cr [23.50 cr all languages]
Sunday (Day 4): ₹ 17.25 cr [18 cr all languages]
Total: ₹ 119.00 cr [123 cr all languages]
