After scoring a century in just 3 days at the ticket windows, Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan suffered a huge drop in the collection in its second weekend. Because of the negativities around the movie, it had started slowing down since the second day. However, such tumble was unexpected. As per the box office reports, the film collected 5.40 crore in the second weekend to take its total domestic box office collection to 141.10 crore after 12 days. The earning in the first 4 days of the second week is not even 5% of the collection in the first week. Also, the trend in the second week is very discouraging. So, it seems that the film might fail to cross even 150 crore in its lifetime.
The box office collection of Thugs of Hindostan is as follows:
Week 1: ₹ 134.95 cr
Friday (Day 9): ₹ 1.30 cr
Saturday (Day 10): ₹ 1.70 cr
Sunday (Day 11): ₹ 2.40 cr
Monday (Day 12): ₹ 0.75 cr
Total: ₹ 141.10 cr [₹ 146.15 cr all languages]
